Return & Refund Policy

Refund window: Refunds are eligible within 7 days of delivery for qualifying cases.

1. Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives:

• Damaged in transit or damaged due to manufacturing defects.

• Incorrect (wrong item, wrong color, wrong size) compared to your order.

• Severely misprinted (print missing or clearly defective).

Non-refundable items: Custom artwork or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless defective or printed incorrectly.

2. How to Request a Return / Refund

1. Contact support@radiotoxicbattles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue.

2. Our team will review and respond with return instructions or a replacement/refund decision.

3. Return Shipping

• If the issue is our error (wrong item, defect), we will provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping.

• If the return is for reasons other than our error (e.g., buyer changed mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refund Processing

• Once we receive the returned item (or confirm a defect from provided photos), we will approve the refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. (Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.)

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges for size or color are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on stock. Contact support to arrange.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before production begins. If production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees.
